Activation of you account
for ordering and delivery

We use DTS - Domain Trust Server to make sure that the delivery is done to the right person. One check during the validation is to verify that the delivery addres is correct and thanks to the tracability in the DTS we can be sure that the delivery is done to the right addres. When you open the consignment with the certificate it will automatically be sent a reciept to us with your DTS-ID, date and time. the receipt is in the service and you will neither see it or be able to disable it (as you can in any other ordinary mail-program).

When you have applied for an account, you will reciev (during office hours) a mail with all the necessary information and instructions.

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Choos "activation" in the left menue. Copy and Paste the information from your activatin mail to the appropriate place and follow the instructions on the web site.

During the activation procedure an Identification Key (client certificate) will be installed on your computer. this is the Identification Key that will be shown in the Drop-Down list on the Login page. If you allready have an other certiifcate that you will use together with you DTS-ID you can choose that during the activation process.

If it is the first time you install anything fr, there are some Active-X files to be installed. You will be notified by a message on the screen.

When everything is OK, you can log in to our ordering site and place your order.

Obs the activation code is only valid once.

If you need a new account (if you have changed PC or similar), please just fill in a new application.
